Although our Archive service began in 2019, our collections date back to 1845.

HISTORY

The Glasgow Academy began in 1845 and is still going strong today. 

What began as a boy's only school in Elmbank Street in Glasgow's city centre, has become a co-ed facility with the main campus in Kelvinbridge, and additional campuses at Newlands and Milngavie.
